MEET THE ATTORNEY

Born and raised in Havana, Cuba, Rachel understands the value of hard work and the importance of protecting that hard work through thoughtful legal planning. She is a graduate of St. Thomas University College of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor degree cum laude, along with a Certificate in Elder Law.

With a diverse legal background, Rachel has built a practice focused on estate planning, probate, guardianship, real estate, and business law. Whether it is helping clients create a clear estate plan, navigating the complexities of real estate transactions, guiding families through guardianship matters, or supporting entrepreneurs and businesses in their growth, she is passionate about helping individuals and businesses achieve stability and sustainable growth.

Outside of her professional life, Rachel loves to read, travel, and explore new cultures and ideas. In her free time, she enjoys creating lasting memories with her loved ones, especially with her beloved fur baby, KitKat, who brings joy and companionship to her every day.

Active in the legal community, she serves as a Director for the Miami Lakes Bar Association and is currently a member of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar. Her commitment to her clients and the legal profession is evident in every aspect of her work, as she strives to make a positive impact both in and out of the courtroom.
